Duo Window Mount

Amazed at the customer service from @nextbase_uk I only asked them where I could buy a new GPS window mount for my DUO as I couldn't find one sold separately with the same connections, within five minutes of sending them an email, I had a response that said there was a replacement in the post on the way to me on 24hour delivery.. they didn't question warranty and they even apologised that it has broken... many companies wouldn't even reply let alone send a replacement if it's out of warranty... so pleased with their service.


New charger

I rang yesterday for some assistance as my little boy was distraught at breaking his dvd player (the phrase "Timmy Time bwoken" was said quite a few times) after using it to try and climb into his car seat. All hell had broken loose and there were lots and lots of tears and he kept saying sorry, trying to put it back on the seat in front of him. I probably wasn't very helpful on the phone as I didn't have a model number or any details that could really help whoever answered the phone but today I've come home and the replacement part had arrived in a little envelope. How you managed to diagnose the part from what I said, I've no idea, but it fits and everything has gone back together again. I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to whoever helped me out on Monday. You've made Noah very happy (and Mummy and Daddy and big sister Amber) as he can now enjoy Timmy Time in the car again which keeps him very occupied (he's learned to sing the theme tune in the last week) and prevents him from annoying anybody else. (First World problems, eh?)
